With a thankful heart...
I am thankful to still be pregnant!
Yes, I am sure that sounds a little crazy, but it is true. I have had a very hard pregnancy (for me) with a lot of pain, a lot of contractions, preterm labor, and bed rest. However, I am past what is considered full term, and I am still growing this sweet little baby inside of me. Although I wish I could have him this very second, I am thankful for every day that he is still inside of me to grow bigger, stronger, and healthier.
My due date is about 2.5 weeks away, and I know with each day we get more excited, anxious, and ready to hold our sweet baby boy.
Today, I am thankful that the Lord blessed me with this pregnancy, and that I was able to carry to full term. I choose to be thankful for this huge belly and I am choosing to not complain about the fact that I am still pregnant!
