2 Months

Camden,

You have been with us for 2 whole months now, and we are having so much fun. We have watched you change and grow so much we can hardly believe how fast it is all happening. Just in the last month you have done so much...

You moved into your own room and sleep in your crib every night

You sleep around 5 to 5.5 hour stretches at night
You can roll over from your tummy to your back
You can hold your head on your own
You have gone up multiple sizes in clothes and diapers
You give your dad and I the best smiles when we talk to you
You had your first clogged tear duct, but you didn't seem to mind!
You are attempting to suck on your thumb
You talk your sweet baby talk, especially on your play mat


You nurse so quick now and still play silly games while nursing
You poop about every other day which makes our life easy
You take naps in your room during the day
You love to stare at lights
You are the best to take shopping because you sleep the entire time
You had your first babysitters (Grammy and Papa) while dad and I went on a date
You sat at your first campfire in Grammy and Papa's backyard while we made s'mores


You slept through your first Easter

Mommy bonked your head on the door out to the garage for the first time and it made me so sad to have hurt you. I cried but you were ok after a few tears yourself!
Daddy finally sat on his dirt bike with you in tow, don't worry, you two didn't ride it, but you finally sat on it with him which he has wanted to do since the day we found out we were having a boy!

Camden you are our world, and we wouldn't change it for anything. We have so much fun with you each day, and we are so thankful you are ours! Let me tell you, you are such an easy baby it is going to make me want another one very soon... although your dad is preferring to wait the originally intended 2 years before we try again. You are the joy in our lives and we love waking up to your smiling face every day! You make me want to be a stay at home mom forever...now if only we can make that work! (We are trying)
We are excited for many more months and years with you, our first son, and we look forward to many more milestones with you!
