After a few minutes out in the hall, Wes brought Camden back in and he seemed to have settled down. He sat on Wesley's lap the entire appointment with his little snack cup in hand and did great. He even gave the nurse a few of his ham smiles and even said a few words for her. He was very impressive and I think they quickly forgot about the initial reaction he had.
So the first part of the appointment went well. I met one of the nurses {loved her} and we discussed my due date and how I am feeling, ya know, the small talk. I was just thinking, ok, let's get on to the fun part...the ultrasound! So we headed off to a different room and met our new doctor. She was so sweet. She explained so many great things to me about our little bean and gave us a ton of pictures. I was measuring a week behind what I thought I was (based on my period) but she said it is give or take about 4 days. And she also said, the baby is so tiny now that the measurements are not completely accurate. I told them about what happened with Camden, he was 3 weeks early (based on my first ultrasound) but only 10 days early (based on my period), and his pediatrician said he was full term and not early at all. So basically I think I measure small initially but I am further along than everyone thinks. She asked me to come back in 2 weeks once the baby is a little easier to measure so we can get a better estimate of when I will be due.

I will do an 8 week post soon, I am feeling sooo yucky since I last posted an update. And I need to take another picture of my bloated tummy.
