25 Weeks

Well I am still feeling amazing. I love when people say, so are you feeling good?? My answer to that is ABSOLUTELY!! I completely LOVE being pregnant. I love holding our baby in my tummy, I love feeling him move, I love being huge, I love eating whatever I want, I love going pee every 30 minutes, I love seeing my reflection when I walk by a window, I love dreaming about what Camden will look like, I love looking at baby clothes, I love my dear husband and how much he loves our son, I love wearing non maternity jeans on my "skinny" days, I love that I have gained 20 lbs and it is ok, I love my slight waddle when my hips get sore, I love the stares you get just because you are pregnant, I mean come on, it is a great reason to stare at a little girl with a big tummy, I love registering for baby stuff, I love my wide hips, and I love love love our baby boy!!! Whew, that was long winded!!

We had our first appt at the new doctors office last week, and it went very well. The nurse was so sweet and answered all of our questions (we had a lot since we are transitioning from another doctor). I had only gained a pound and a half from my last appt 3 and a half weeks earlier, so that was fun. I definitely think my weight gain has slowed down a lot, thank goodness! I am sure my hips were tired of growing, so they are resisiting and just letting Cam gain the rest of my pregnancy weight. I can not believe how near we are to our third trimester. After our next appointment we will start going to the doc every 2 weeks instead of 4. So exciting. This pregnancy is sure flying by, and soon we will have our baby boy in our arms.

I also found out last night that my best friend Jackie will be here the week before and after our due date!!! I am SOOOOOOOOO excited! She recently moved to North Carolina and she wasn't sure if she would be able to make it back to Phoenix until around April or May. I was so sad that she would miss his birth. I really wanted her to be with me (hopefully in the delivery room) to take pictures, she is a fab photographer! I wouldn't let anyone else have that respnsibility! And now that she will be here, I am hoping Camden decides to come when she is here!! Yay!!

Also this week, Wesley is officially on Fall break. He has 2 full weeks off, so I decided to use some of the PTO I have been saving up all year and enjoy the time off with him. We don't have really big plans, but we are trying to fill up each day with something fun to do together. Today we finished our Target registry, went to Costco, and now we are off to the park for him to play some b-ball while I read some magazines and soak up the sun. Tomorrow we are going out to breakfast, then off to finish our Buy Buy Baby registry. We have my cousins b-day party on Saturday, as well as a house warming party for a friend that evening. Sunday we are going to church, then having Thanksgiving with Wesley's grandparents. Hopefully, Monday and Tuesday we will be able to make it up to Flagstaff to enjoy some of the cold weather. I am loving this time off with him, it is going to be the last vacation time we really can enjoy before Camden is born. Wesley's Christmas break is only a week, and it is in the middle of his quarter, so he will have a lot of studying to do even on his week off. His next break after that will be spring break, which starts right on Camden's due date! (We hope he comes the night after Wes takes his last final).

Anyways, that is all for now. We are off to enjoy the amazing weather!!
